Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bakery and café operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service and hygiene
• Supervise and train staff for efficiency and professionalism
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Maintain product quality and presentation standards
